Lemnos’ Wheat Flour from durum grains

From durum grains of Lemnos variety that are cultivated both by the Poriazi Family, and by the cooperating farmers, on the island of Lemnos, in the context of contract farming. A significant amount of grains are organically grown.

This flour is ground and packaged entirely in Lemnos, and is an excellent choice for making homemade pasta, rustic bread, pie crust and pizza.
