The craft industry of the "Poriazi Family" is a family business that has been active since 1919, based in Lemnos,in Greece, in the field of agri-food products, offering products from their field to our shelf!
At the Poriazi Family, we are proud of our homeland and wemean to highlight its special flavors by faithfully following recipes from 1919. With passion, love and respect, we and the team of collaborating farmers, we cultivate the fine grains and barley in the volcanic soils of Lemnos and we produce its unique flour. We knead in our modern facilities, without the addition of preservatives and improvers and we twice-bake in a traditional way. The result is the traditional rusks, the "Flomaria" local pasta, the wheat Trachanas with wheat of our production and the flour of Lemnos, all rich in flavor, nutritious and extremely healthy. Over the years, and based on the perception of grandmother Chrysanthi, our parents, and now the fourth generation of the Family, are possessed by a philosophy of creativity and extroversion to establish throughout Greece, as a nutritional value, our tradition. From Lemnos begins the "journey" of our quality products to all over Greece and abroad, our goal is to have you as companions always maintaining our tradition and our family character.
