We at "Poriazi Family of Lemnos", faithful to our roots and the tradition of our homeland, since 1982 we cultivate, on the island of Hephaestus, the local variety of durum wheat "Lemnos", for its unique quality and taste. It is ground in a traditional mill on the island. This hard yellow flour is packaged in our facilities with the most modern means, and is offered to every consumer.
A large amount of flour is organically grown, while, in its entirety, the flour is 100% produced, ground and packaged in Lemnos from 100% durum grains of the Lemnos variety grown on the island.
There is no addition of preservatives or improvers.
Its uses are many as it is an ideal choice for any housewife who wants to make homemade pasta or rustic fragrant homemade bread reminiscent of the old days. In addition, it can be used for the preparation of pizza dough, for pastry sheets, but also for various sweets, such as donuts.
